How Does the System Work?
The first step is to have the actual paper forms digitized and entered into the nomoreforms™ system. These forms can then be viewed and populated directly from any user’s web browser.

 

Many of the same questions are asked over and over again - name, address, phone number...etc. Time and money is saved as each question is answered only once since the nomoreforms™ system intelligently acknowledges these questions and will answer these questions for the user thereafter. The user can easily digitally sign the package of forms. All forms and their content are available 24/7 and are submitted to one or more secure destinations electronically via the internet.

 

The system can easily be customized to export captured items, including license and appointment information, and corporate specific requirements - all integrated with your in-house information systems or third party business applications with a simple mouse-click. There is a Master Diary to illustrate each transaction history and a complete life cycle audit trail. At any point in the process you can easily move or transfer data within or from the nomoreforms’ system with just a point and click.
